Label Applicators and Print & Apply Systems

LABELdispense was developed to suit industrial applications. It is a semi-automatic dispenser for self-adhesive roll format labels. Fully metalised, it is easy to operate, flexible and suitable for any type of label commonly in use.

LABELdispense is available in 2 widths:
- up to 100 mm - up to 200 mm (Maximum label leading edge)

The roll holder can be adapted to any core type and can accept rolls up to 300 mm in diameter, thus offering long operation autonomy. The labels are read by two self-learning microprocessor controlled sensor . They can automatically identify the difference in transparency existing between the label and the backing paper, presenting the label on the peeler bar almost fully peeled off for easy removal

After the removal of a label from the paper support, the next label will peel out automatically. Furthermore, the control card to stop the motor rotation when the roll is finished or in case of paper tear,accompanied by an acoustic error signal.

Also available are an electromechanical detection device for transparent labels and a pre-selection counter. The battery operated version makes it possible to work for about 4 hours without mains power. Supply voltage 230 V or 115 V on request.

The battery operated dispenser does not require a separate power supply unit as the battery charger is mounted internally alongside the control card.
