Example - Murata watch a video of this labelling machine

This video shows the labelling station, where product is orientated before labelling.

The infeed station shows bulk product being moved to the infeed conveyor.

After labelling, bar codes are verified and the product rejected if the bar codes are incorrect or unreadable.

Finally the product is fed onto spigots on a rotating carrousel.

 
murata custom labelling machine

Prisym ID Staff were asked to feed reels of mobile phone chips from a bulk stock, print and apply a label containing upto 8 bar codes, verify the bar code and restack the product on spigots for use on other machinery.

The entire machine was designed, manufactured, installed and integrated by our own engineering team.

Finally the product is fed onto spigots on a rotating carrousel.
